most orders are processed within 2 business days, this does not include weekends and holidays.

DELIVERY: orders are shipped via first class mail by the US Postal Service. US and Canada, you should receive your order within 1-2 weeks, unless you pre-ordered a product.
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the product is ready.

IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, IT MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO REACH YOU, DEPENDING ON YOUR DISTANCE FROM THE UNITED STATES, AND IT CAN TAKE UP TO 3-4 WEEKS, AS WELL AS THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO CLEAR CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Please keep in mind that packages shipped outside of the United States may take up to 3-4 weeks because of the additional distance and because packages may have to clear customs when they reach the country of destination.

Shipping and Handling charges for all countries outside of the U.S. and Canada vary by dollar amount, and all orders over $125 (u.s. dollars) will recieve shipping and handling for free!

NOTE: We DO NOT have any expedited delivery service for shipments.
